How do I book a session?
You can fill out the form with the type of photo shoot preferred, time of your choosing, and date that you prefer the shoot to be.
When will I receive the photos?
Dependent on the project size.
You will receive an online gallery link with digital photos within two weeks after the photo shoot. It can take either longer or faster depending on the job. Delivery of content is estimated on a on-job basis and communicated before your shoot.
How many photos will I receive?
Depending on the package you choose. You can also order additionally deep-edited photos for CAD25/per photo.
Do you give out RAW (unedited) files?
No, only Commercial services receive RAW/Unedited files. RAW images are copyright property of Produktyvnist.
What if I would like to extend timing of our session?
You can extend the session for an additional fee, if we have availability after your photo shoot beyond what the package provides.
I don't see what I want in your service packages
In this case, we can make a personalized package for you (if you need more hours to shoot, more retouched photos, Reels-videos, etc.).

What are your booking fees/ cancellation/ rescheduling/ tardiness policy?
Booking Fees: 25% of your package price is required upfront to reserve your date, plus Studio Fee (If Needed.) This is non-refundable.
This fee covers initial communication, planning, location scouting, and a block of time for your session.
Studio Fee is always included in the Booking fee to reserve your slot. Produktyvnist holds no responsibility if the reservation is no longer available due to late payment.
Client can rent studios at their own discretion, but must provide confirmation for the agreed date/time to Produktyvnist.
Cancellation: By no call/no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee.
Please be mindful that when we block off a time spot for you, we are holding that spot only for you.
Rescheduling: 48 Hours notice before your booking time is required. Shorter notice requires immediate communication with our team, however, it does not guarantee possible availability. (We will provide you with a phone that you can contact us when you inquire about a service.)
We will reschedule the date of the session if the weather conditions are not suitable for a photo shoot. Rescheduling for seasonal photoshoots might not be possible due to weather changes in the season or the end of the season. Produktyvnist can provide an alternate photoshoot in the circumstance, however, it is not responsible for the end of a seasonal shoot.
Tardiness: Please plan enough time to get to your session. If you are running late you are advised to call us. For example, if you have a 60 minute session and you are 15 minutes late, you will have 45 minute session at the same planned rate.
We reserve the right to cancel any session due to tardiness after more than half of your session booked has transpired.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are located in Ottawa, and YES, we do travel! In this case, you have to cover the travel fee. The jobs can be requested using our contact form and specifying that travel will be required.
